This policy describes how PLC Programming SA handles personal information collected via this site under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Lead-form submissions include the contact details you provide; email-list opt-ins include your email address. These submissions are separate from analytics.

Website analytics

We use MetricFold to understand page visits, referral sources, campaign categories, links to our simulator, call-to-action interactions, form interaction signals and site performance. Its tracker does not use analytics cookies or persistent browser-storage identifiers and does not collect form field values or record session replays. Analytics form signals describe interactions, not the contents of your enquiry or proof of a completed purchase.

Optional Google Analytics and preferences

If Google Analytics is configured, a separate consent banner is shown. Google consent signals default to denied; the Google script can load with those defaults. The banner stores your choice in local storage. To reset that saved choice, clear this site's browser storage. MetricFold's cookie-free measurement is separate from that Google setting.

How we use it

Lead-form data is used only to respond to your enquiry. Email-list addresses receive course material and updates; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your contact details. Service providers process information needed to operate the site, deliver requested communications and provide the analytics described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@plcprogramming.co.za. The Information Regulator of South Africa is the supervisory authority.
